Our market-driven menu features elevated yet approachable cuisine, with a strong focus on local and seasonal ingredients. About the Role: As a line cook at Fausto, you will collaborate closely with our talented kitchen team to bring our sophisticated culinary vision to life. You will gain hands-on experience working both the garde manger and pasta stations, offering a unique opportunity to develop your skills across multiple areas of our kitchen. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in casual or fine dining environments. Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease and efficiency. Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. Responsibilities and Duties: Station Management: Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and closing down your station according to our standards. Preparation: Prep items for daily service and the weekly prep schedule. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for over 6 hours. Versatility: Work shifts on both the garde manger and pasta stations, gaining valuable experience across multiple areas of our kitchen. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of quality in all menu items. Team Support: Carry out additional tasks as directed by management to support overall kitchen operations. Why Join Fausto?
